N\u011bco, co pos\u00edl\u00ed m\u00e9 klouby zevnit\u0159?\u201c <\/em> <strong>Kolagen se \u010dasto zmi\u0148uje jako nad\u011bjn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. <\/strong>M\u00e1 to re\u00e1ln\u00e9 opodstatn\u011bn\u00ed nebo jde jen o v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fd trend? V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na to, co ukazuj\u00ed v\u00fdzkumy, jak\u00e9 typy kolagenu jsou p\u0159i artr\u00f3ze skute\u010dn\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 a co m\u016f\u017ee re\u00e1ln\u011b ovlivnit va\u0161e klouby. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co je artr\u00f3za a pro\u010d vznik\u00e1?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Artr\u00f3za (odborn\u011b osteoartr\u00f3za) pat\u0159\u00ed mezi nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed kloub\u016f a je jednou z hlavn\u00edch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din bolesti a zhor\u0161en\u00e9 pohyblivosti zejm\u00e9na u lid\u00ed po \u010dty\u0159ic\u00edtce. Jde o <strong>degenerativn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m doch\u00e1z\u00ed k postupn\u00e9mu opot\u0159ebov\u00e1n\u00ed chrupavky \u2013 pru\u017en\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b, kter\u00e1 chr\u00e1n\u00ed konce kost\u00ed v kloubech. A pr\u00e1v\u011b proto se v\u00fdzkum za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 intenzivn\u011bji zaj\u00edmat o <strong>extern\u00ed dopl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed kolagenu<\/strong> \u2013 zejm\u00e9na ve form\u011b dopl\u0148k\u016f v\u00fd\u017eivy, kter\u00e9 mohou pomoci vyrovnat ztr\u00e1tu vlastn\u00ed produkce a podpo\u0159it zdrav\u00ed kloub\u016f zevnit\u0159. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co na to v\u00fdzkum?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Kolagen jako v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fd dopln\u011bk si z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l v\u00edce pozornosti odborn\u00edk\u016f i ve\u0159ejnosti \u2013 zejm\u00e9na v souvislosti s <strong>degenerativn\u00edmi onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi kloub\u016f<\/strong>, jako je artr\u00f3za. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka zn\u00ed: <strong>pom\u00e1h\u00e1 kolagen p\u0159i artr\u00f3ze opravdu, nebo jde jen o marketingov\u00fd trend?<\/strong> Poj\u010fme se pod\u00edvat bl\u00ed\u017ee na n\u011bkolik studi\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hydrolyzovan\u00fd kolagen (typ I) a zlep\u0161en\u00ed funkce kolen<\/h4>\n\n<p>Hydrolyzovan\u00fd kolagen (\u010dasto z hov\u011bz\u00edch nebo ryb\u00edch zdroj\u016f) obsahuje <strong>kolagen typu I<\/strong>, kter\u00fd proch\u00e1z\u00ed enzymatick\u00fdm \u0161t\u011bpen\u00edm na men\u0161\u00ed peptidy \u2013 tzv. <strong>kolagenov\u00e9 peptidy<\/strong>. Ty se snadno vst\u0159eb\u00e1vaj\u00ed v tr\u00e1vic\u00edm traktu a vstupuj\u00ed do krevn\u00edho ob\u011bhu, kde p\u016fsob\u00ed jako <em>sign\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e1tka<\/em> pro obnovu kolagenov\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/18416885\/\"><strong>Zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 studie<\/strong><\/a> sledovala \u00fa\u010dinek hydrolyzovan\u00e9ho kolagenu u 147 sportovc\u016f s bolestmi kolen. Po 24 t\u00fddnech u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed (10 g denn\u011b) \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci zaznamenali: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed bolesti v kolenou,<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zlep\u0161en\u00ed mobility,<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkon p\u0159i fyzick\u00e9 aktivit\u011b.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Podobn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky potvrdila i <strong>randomizovan\u00e1, placebem<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/24852756\/\"><strong> kontrolovan\u00e1 studie<\/strong><\/a>, kter\u00e1 sledovala \u00fa\u010dinek hydrolyzovan\u00e9ho kolagenu u pacient\u016f s osteoartr\u00f3zou kolena. Po 13 t\u00fddnech pravideln\u00e9ho u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed se v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eily hodnoty bolesti, zlep\u0161ila se funkce kloub\u016f i celkov\u00e1 kvalita \u017eivota. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nativn\u00ed (ne\u0161t\u011bpen\u00fd) kolagen typu II a imunomodula\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek<\/h4>\n\n<p>Kolagen typu II je <strong>hlavn\u00edm typem kolagenu v kloubn\u00ed chrupavce<\/strong>. V dopl\u0148c\u00edch se \u010dasto vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ve dvou form\u00e1ch: hydrolyzovan\u00fd (roz\u0161t\u011bpen\u00fd) nebo nativn\u00ed (tzv. nedenaturovan\u00fd). <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Nativn\u00ed kolagen typu II<\/strong> nep\u016fsob\u00ed jako v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fd materi\u00e1l, ale jako imunomodula\u010dn\u00ed spou\u0161t\u011b\u010d. Drobn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed (u\u017e 40 mg denn\u011b) dok\u00e1\u017ee v tenk\u00e9m st\u0159ev\u011b aktivovat specifick\u00e9 imunitn\u00ed bu\u0148ky, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1sledn\u011b <strong>tlum\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011btlivou reakci<\/strong> v kloubech. Tento mechanismus se ozna\u010duje jako or\u00e1ln\u00ed tolerance.  <\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/19847319\/\">Studie (Crowley et al.)<\/a> sledovala v kontrolovan\u00e9 klinick\u00e9 zkou\u0161ce pacienty s m\u00edrnou a\u017e st\u0159edn\u011b t\u011b\u017ekou osteoartr\u00f3zou kolen. U\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed <strong>40 mg nativn\u00edho kolagenu typu II denn\u011b po dobu 90 dn\u016f<\/strong> vedlo ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed bolesti u pacient\u016f s osteoartr\u00f3zou kolen, zlep\u0161en\u00ed mobility a kvality \u017eivota. <br\/><br\/><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/26822714\/\">Meta-anal\u00fdza z roku 2016<\/a> zahrnula v\u00edce RCT studi\u00ed (randomizovan\u00e9 klinick\u00e9 studie) a potvrdila, \u017ee <strong>nativn\u00ed kolagen typu II sni\u017euje z\u00e1n\u011bt<\/strong> a m\u00e1 podobnou \u00fa\u010dinnost jako n\u011bkter\u00e9 protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 l\u00e9ky, av\u0161ak <strong>bez typick\u00fdch vedlej\u0161\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f<\/strong> spojen\u00fdch s dlouhodob\u00fdm u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm l\u00e9k\u016f proti bolesti.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 a regenera\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky<\/h4>\n\n<p><strong>Kolagenov\u00e9 peptidy maj\u00ed nejen v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fd, ale i v\u00fdznamn\u00fd protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek<\/strong>. Dok\u00e1\u017eou sni\u017eovat hladiny cytokin\u016f (l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 v t\u011ble reguluj\u00ed imunitn\u00ed odpov\u011b\u010f, z\u00e1n\u011bt, regeneraci tk\u00e1n\u00ed a komunikaci mezi bu\u0148kami) a redukovat oxida\u010dn\u00ed stres, \u010d\u00edm\u017e podporuj\u00ed regeneraci po\u0161kozen\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41538-024-00367-7\">Studie prok\u00e1zala,<\/a> \u017ee kolagenov\u00e9 peptidy v\u00fdrazn\u011b sni\u017euj\u00ed sekreci proz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch cytokin\u016f a inhibuj\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy v bu\u0148k\u00e1ch, co\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9mu mechanismu protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010dinku.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00da\u010dinek se m\u016f\u017ee je\u0161t\u011b zv\u00fdraznit p\u0159i kombinaci kolagenu s dal\u0161\u00edmi siln\u00fdmi l\u00e1tkami s protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdmi \u00fa\u010dinky.
